		<description>Took me a while to get the over under when I did a few gigs with WHME TV thanks to my brother in law. Got to grip a couple of ND games etc. Anyway, once you get it down, makes a HUGE difference, AND the regular or full time employees appreciate the fact that they don&#039;t have to re-do your work. Nice post Sam.</description>
